Background
With the rise of virtual recruiting, our mission was to create a centralized hub where employers could efficiently search, recruit, and evaluate HBCU students—ultimately improving access to career opportunities and boosting student employability.
Solution
I developed a streamlined platform that served as a one-stop resource for both students and recruiters. Employers could search a vetted database of HBCU students, while also hosting workshops and virtual sessions to showcase their companies and culture.
Social Media Campaign
To drive engagement at launch, I also designed a three-month social media campaign. This initiative built awareness, encouraged student sign-ups, and ensured strong employer participation from the start.
