Based on the influx of virtual meetings, our mission was to build a centralized online resource for employers to search, recruit, and review potential HBCU Students and improve their employability.
Solution
The goal was to make a hub space where companies could search for vetted HBCU students in one place. Recruiters can also host workshops to promote their company.
